writing for the end of the year
Since it's almost the end of the the year, I thought it might be fun to recap everything I've written over the past year. I invite you to do the same, write out any progress you made on a book or draft or short story or outline or got an agent or got a book published, it's time to celebrate your writing accomplishments!
I celebrated with a little holiday handstand fun. The options are endless, so shout WOO and enjoy!
Okay, back to what we're here to celebrate in 2021.
Finished the first Protectress book after lots of drafting and editing and re-writes! I'm so excited to be at this place, and anxious to query agents for it next year!
Wrote 13 Beatrix Bobbit short stories. It's been a lot of fun to write these and follow the Bobbits in their daily witchy lives.
Outlined the 2nd Protectress book and realized how glorious outlines really are.
Started writing The Eternal Night Soiree, and am currently 60 pages in thanks to a new love of outlines. Hope to be at 90 by the end of the year.
Also wrote 86 blog posts (including this, which definitely counts).
I'd love to hear and celebrate some of your accomplishments too!
